Save Money and Restore Your Structure with Epoxy Resin Injection

Since 1950, Mariani & Richards, Inc. has been building our reputation for superior restoration and repair services throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. One critical element when working to restore and prevent future damage to your home or commercial structure is addressing cracks and gaps within your concrete and masonry before they become a problem. If left unaddressed, these small cracks can turn into bigger issues, allowing water to seep into your structure, causing your utility bills to spike,  and possibly compromising the integrity of the structure itself.

Epoxy and grout injection allows our team of specialists to quickly and effectively tackle gaps, cracks, and holes within your home or building, delivering a watertight seal that will keep water out and your hot and cool air in. Expert Epoxy Injection for Residential and Commercial Properties

Whether due to damage or simply settling of your structure over time, brick, stone, and concrete structures have a tendency to shift. Even the most subtle of movements within a building can create small cracks and gaps within the structure, creating a path for water, pests, and further damage to find its way in.

Before we proceed, the Mariani & Richards, Inc. team will start by thoroughly evaluating your home or commercial structure. Depending on the severity of settling and the amount of cracks within the structure, we will determine the most effective way to restore and repair.

  • Epoxy Injection restores the strength and integrity of the structure. leaving the surrounding concrete watertight and stronger than before. Injection epoxies are forced into cracks and gaps using high-pressure.
  • Chemical Grout Injection/Polyurethane Foam is commonly used when water is able to penetrate the surface but cracks are not easily identifiable. Upon injection, the chemical grout will expand when it comes into contact with moisture, filling  the space and sealing the crack.
